Station to the Holiday Inn Heathrow (Bath Road). Most red buses do
the short trip, including routes
105,140 and 285 that run a 24x7 service.

between Terminals 4,5 and Central (between Terminals 1,2,3).

Good & Bad Points:
The
Holiday Inn Heathrow is one of the closest hotels to Terminals 1,2
& 3, though you cannot walk to the terminals. A mid range 3 star
hotel with room rates that can be very competitive, especially at
weekends. Probably the most sumptuous of the three Holiday Inns at
Heathrow. Has all the basic facilities you need for a short overnight
with restaurant facilities including room service and a small gym.
About 200m away east of the hotel is Sovereign Food & Wine, pictured
right. This is a small convenience store which includes fruit, confectionery
and wine. There is also a cash machine inside. It is found on the
east side of the Park Inn, the next hotel to the Holiday Inn.
Next door to Sovereign is an Italian Restaurant. On the opposite side
of the Bath Road to the Park Inn is The Three Magpies Pub, which does
food including steaks. |
