Paddington comes to Town! The Paddington Bear Experience opens in summer 2024, an interactive story-based experience located in London's County Hall on the Southbank.
During this exciting Paddington adventure you'll help Paddington and the Brown Family prepare for a special occasion; the Marmalade Day Festival.
Beginning in the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station you’ll meet the friendly Station Master and hop aboard a full-sized train carriage; be transported to the magical jungle of Peru, and finish with the biggest party in Windsor Gardens with Paddington and his friends.
As you explore this 26,000 square ft area devoted to all things Paddington, you can enjoy multiple interactive games and activities, as well as experience ground-breaking design, live performances and video, guaranteed to capture the hearts of young and old.
The Paddington Bear Experience

The Paddington Bear Experience offers an immersive story-book adventure through multiple themed-rooms, where people of all ages can enjoy a range of Paddington-themed activities including interactive games, character interactions, and lots of surprises along the way.
The Paddington Bear Experience lasts for around 70 minutes. You are also allowed to stay to enjoy Marmalade Day celebrations, games, and treats in Windsor Gardens at the end of the experience, for up to an hour.
Inspired by Mr Gruber’s Antique Store, you can also visit The Paddington Bear Experience shop, located on the same site, in London County Hall.
You cannot take photos in the main areas of the The Paddington Bear Experience, however once you reach Windsor Gardens, towards the end of the experience, you will be invited to take your own photos and videos here. You can also buy 'official' Paddington photos, where you get to pose with the little bear himself.

The Paddington Bear Experience is located on the South Bank of the River Thames, in the Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London, SE1 7PB.
The Riverside Building also contains The London Dungeon, the ticket office for the London Eye, Shrek's Adventure! London and SEA LIFE London Aquarium, as well as the Premier Inn County Hall Hotel and The London Marriott County Hall Hotel.
On the opposite side of Westminster Bridge is Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
The nearest train stations are Waterloo Station and Charing Cross Station.
The nearest Tube Stations are Waterloo (Jubilee, Waterloo & City, Northern, Bakerloo) and Westminster (Circle & District, Jubilee).
All of London's hop on, hop off sightseeing buses have stops at The Paddington Bear Experience which is very close to the London Eye.
The London Eye has its own pier where many of the river services stop including those used by the the hop on, hop off sightseeing buses. Westminster Pier is directly opposite on the other side of Westminster Bridge too and is one of London's busiest river service piers.
The Paddington Bear Experience is located in the Riverside Building, County Hall and Waterloo Station.
Right in this very building are two very well regarded London hotels: the Premier Inn County Hall Hotel and The London Marriott County Hall Hotel.
Waterloo is a great area to base yourself for a couple of days in London, very close to some of of London’s major attractions such as the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament, The Elizabeth Clock Tower and Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

Tickets for The Paddington Bear Experience are priced for adults age 16+.
Concessions are available for children (3-15), while infants 2 and under go free.

When you book you will choose a time-slot in which to visit. Timeslots are typically available between 10 and 3.30pm.
