Travelling Into London there is a wide choice from the cheap and crowded Underground through airport coaches to the expensive, fast Heathrow Express. Direct coach services are available to much of England. |

Dominated by low cost budget airlines, Stansted has a surprisingly varied choice of hotel accommodation. Flagship hotel the Radisson Blu connected to passenger terminal. |

Luton Airport |

The smallest of London's major airports has cheap airport buses into London. Luton Airport has no train station but a free airport shuttle takes you to Luton Parkway with frequent services to London. |

Just three true on airport hotels, Ibis, Ramada and Holiday inn Express. More hotels are available in Luton Town a short transfer away on the local oublic buses or taxi cabs. |

City Airport |

City Airport is the closest airport to the centre of London. However, it has a short runway only big enough for smaller jets. The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) is connected to the airport. |

City Airport only has one hotel that you can walk to from the passenger terminal. Other hotels are available very close around the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. |

Southend Airport |

40 miles west of London it's stretching it calling Southend a London airport. However, Southend Airport has a train station opposite the passenger terminal with frequent trains into London. |

The Holiday Inn Southend Airport is the only airport hotel that you can walk to from the passenger terminal. Other hotels are available with a short taxi or bus ride. |
