On departing London we head straight to Stratford-upon-Avon. It's over a 2 hour journey so we have a short break along the way.
On arrival in Stratford, you alight in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. You can discover Shakespeare’s Birthplace, eat at local restaurants, visit the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Theatre, and wander along lovely waterways.
Next it's a short 10-minute journey to the edge of Stratford to visit Anne Hathaway's cottage.
Afterwards we return into the town centre, specifically to visit Holy Trinity Church, an incredible parish church and the home of Shakespeare’s grave beside the river.
