The Premier Inn Stansted Airport opened in 2012 and is one of the closest hotels to the passenger terminal at Stansted.

 

The Radisson Blu Hotel Stansted and Hampton by Hilton Stansted Airport are the only hotels at Stansted that you can walk from the passenger terminal at Stansted to check-in - for which you pay a significant price premium.

The Premier Inn Stansted is still a mile from the passenger terminals, next to the Holiday Inn Express Stansted. Although it's one of the closest hotels to the Stansted terminals you still need a vehicle to make the transfer. The Stansted Airport Mid-Term car park is opposite and there is a McDonald's and a petrol station selling snacks too.

 

Premier Inn is the UK's leading value for money family hotel chain. If you had to award a star rating it would probably be of a good 3 star grade. With full bar and restaurant facilities there are no frills of a 4 star hotel like concierges, health clubs and swimming pools.

There is nothing in the immediate vicinity apart from the airports mid-term car park, the Holiday Inn Express Stansted, a McDonald's and a petrol station opposite.

 

The petrol station has a 'Wild Bean Cafe' where baguettes, pastries etc are available and there is a selection of convenience goods available too.
