Most of the hotels in the Leicester Square and Piccadilly area are relatively large chain hotels. At the edge of the district is London's Mayfair, traditionally London's most expensive area, and this includes hotels.

Here you will find the Ritz, Berkeley Square and Bond Street icons of the high life.
As you would expect in this highly sought after area, room rates are not cheap, they are also quite volatile with a lot of promotional activity.

The only real budget hotel in the district is the infamous Regents Palace Hotel. This is a very large hotel with very simple rooms both ensuite and with shared bathroom facilities.
